HPC Experience

I have experience coding in R and Python. I have also used the programs ENVI, MESMA, and GIS. I took the Python coding class at Dartmouth and, for a cosmology research project with Professor Marcelo Gleiser, used Python to program models of the universe. I have used R for multiple research projects. For the NASA Student Airborne Research Project, I used R, ENVI, MESMA, and GIS to process MASTER, LandSat 8 OLI, and ASTER Digital Elevation Map data. I am currently using R for a separate research project on US population trends.

Projects

- Using Agent Based Models on small world networks to understand disease transmission
