Are you at the stage of your career where you want to take the next step? Or are you just beginning and want to know what you need to know/learn/do to prepare to become a boss? We will explore your individual goals, aspirations, and help define how to be(come) a boss.

Exploring and shaping what people aspire to become.  

Knowing that being a boss in the technical/research computing world doesn't have to traditionally mean, "I'm in charge of a group of people and approve time sheets."

After learning about someone's career path, bring in guest speakers/mentors to speak about their "boss path" and advice they can give.

Understanding what is possible in a semi-new field where some institutions still don't have Human Resources with defined research computing/cyberinfrastructure job titles/descriptions.
